Halfords Name Slip Costs Dear #school-boy-error

Maybe Not so much "going the extra mile", as forgetting to open the door.
Halfords on of the UK leading retailers blaimed an administrative error for the website being unavaliable for aproximatly 48 hours. The error was in the renewal of the halfords.com domainname, which resulted in the default Network Solutions "register this domain" page being shown.
It's a shame I only picked up on this a day later, as I would of loved to of got, a screen shot of the Network Solutions default page with the HALFORDS.COM URL. Maybe next time?
