50% access internet via Mobile in the UK
We're thinking ... less is more!
Around this time last year i was excited thinking that reports were slating that by 2015 we would all be accessing the internet via mobile devices. Well alittle over a year later and we're now seeing reports that upto 50% of internet traffic is based on mobile devices. This firmly puts the future direction into perspective.
While we are talking about mobile access, let's also consider what devices people are using. For those Apple lovers the new is mixed. While the platform may well look beautiful and have all the apps you can shake a stick at, you do not have the market cornered. Indeed Android are the biggest and growing fast.
By all accounts the next 12 months will be very interesting in the online and increasingly mobile space.
